Description

Join the Treasure Island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the holiday season with our inaugural Merry Beach Market. This event will be held in beautiful Madeira Beach at ROC Park Saturday, December 14^th from 3-7 pm. There will be a variety of local vendors, live entertainment, food and drink specials and a special photo op with Santa and Mrs. Clause! Rain or Shine Event. Fun for the whole Family, PET FRIENDLY!

At the close of the market vendors and the public are asked to stay to see the Madeira Beach Lighted Boat Parade kick off from the seawall at ROC Park!

TOY DRIVE: Bring an unwrapped toy to donate to The Christmas Toy Shop!

Vendor Fees:
Chamber Members $25.00
Non-Members $50.00
Food Vendors - CLOSED $50.00 (Member & Non-Member)

Vendor Space / Area: 10'x10' 

Vendors are responsible to supply their own tent, table, chairs, etc. 

There is no electricity, vendors are asked to bring battery operated lights if needed. ROC Park does have "ball field" lights which will turned on at dusk. 

Market Hours: 3:00 - 7:00 pm

Vendor Set Up: 2:00-3:00 pm. Vendors to be ready to sell by 3 pm. 

- No Beverages can be sold or given away without prior approval form TI/MB Chamber of Commerce. 
- All selling, signage and displays must be down within your vendor space.
- This is a rain or shine event. Payment is due prior to participation.
- Any necessary permits or licenses are vendor's responsibility.
