About Us

SunHost Resorts is the premiere vacation rental company in Madeira Beach. Family owned since 1983, the company began as Tolliver's condo's. Since becoming SunHost Resorts in 1993 the has grown to almost 150 units, servicing Treasure Island, Johns Pass, Redington, and Madeira Beaches.

Day to day operations are still overseen by Tim and Tracy Tolliver, as well as a dedicated staff of over 20 professionals, available by phone for 24 hours a day. Office hours are 9-5 Monday through Saturday, and 9-3 on Sundays.
